NFL season ends

Normally, on a beautiful December day, I don’t spend the afternoon on the couch. But, there are three games to keep you on your duff for 11 hours.

Minnesota-New York is the 1 p.m. game with both teams playing for playoff implications. The Redskins-San Francisco game is 4:15 with neither having any postseason thoughts, but it’s the local team. San Diego-Denver is the 8 p.m. gamer that decides the AFC West. I can’t believe Washingtonians can’t also watch the New York Jets-Miami.

I run down who I think will win the games in my Washington Examiner column today.

Final Sunday is one to watch
