Oh great, the two NFC Championship victories over Dallas and the Super Bowl win over Denver.
Wait, some nutjob says it’s the three Super Bowl victories. This is why marketing people should be shipped to Siberia.
The three Super Bowls may be championships, but they’re not the greatest games. The 1972 NFC Championship over Dallas, in my mind, is the franchise’s greatest victory. I don’t care that they’ve won five titles since 1937. That was the game that made the franchise what it is today. The title game 10 years later over Dallas is No. 2. And, Doug Williams’ second quarter against Denver in 1988 for the Super Bowl XXII title is third.
